Around 16 kilometres of four lane divided road was opened to traffic in December 2017, including the new ‘Phillip Hughes’ Bridge over the Nambucca River. The $830 million project is jointly funded by the Australian and NSW governments. The remaining 6km of highway, subject to weather, is targeted to open to traffic by early to mid 2018.
Coffs Eco Blast was contracted to undertake all the anti-graffiti coatings on all the vertical bridge and concrete structures. All surfaces are prepared and coated in a special anti-graffiti paint specification.
